Difference between a blog and a webpage

Blog is a platform to communicate someone's ideas and range of topics while a webpage is a little more professional. Blogs also update quite often whereas webpages don't update as often. Blogs often have the option for people to comment and discuss with one another about the blog post while websites don't have much of the interaction. Basically, blogs are more like an online journal and web pages are more for businesses.
